How do I register? Is it Free?
Registration is free of charge. Fill out the form on this page. You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I bring colleagues or guests?
Yes. Please add the number of attendees in the form or share this page so each guest can register individually.
What should I wear? Do I need PPE?
Casual business or workwear is fine. Closed-toe shoes are required near demo areas. We provide basic PPE (safety vests, eye/ear protection) for live demonstrations.
Is the live demo area safe?
Yes – demos are conducted by trained staff in a controlled zone. Please follow signage and staff directions; stay behind barriers unless escorted by our team.
What’s the schedule?
Short facility tours run throughout the day. Live Dry Excavation demos are scheduled at set times; see the Agenda on this page for details.
Will there be a facility tour?
Yes. Guided Behind-the-Scenes tours depart from the welcome desk; each tour lasts about 20–30 minutes.
Is the venue accessible (ADA)?
Yes. The building, restrooms, and main routes are wheelchair accessible. For any specific accommodations, please contact us in advance.
Where do I park?
Free on-site parking is available. Look for event signage and attendants on arrival.
What about food and beverages?
Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Please let us know any dietary restrictions in the message field when registering.
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. Live demos may be adjusted for safety, but the facility tour and indoor program will continue.
Can I come and go during the day?
Yes. You can check in at any time during opening hours. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your preferred demo or tour.
May I take photos or videos?
Yes in public areas. For safety-restricted zones, please follow staff instructions. By entering, you consent to event photography and filming for RSP’s recap.
Are children or pets allowed?
This is a professional, industrial event. 18+ recommended. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Service animals are welcome; pets are not.
Can I book a private meeting or demo?
Absolutely. Use the message field in the form or email us to schedule a 1:1 consultation tailored to your application.
I need to cancel or transfer my ticket—what should I do?
No problem. Reply to your confirmation email, and we’ll cancel or update your registration.
